We think all of them are just fun to play with and would love to play them all the time. This is not a list to incite debate, but a list of love, love for those wonderful games that made decades of our lives better.

At bottom of our list is the famous video game by Maxis The Sims. It took the market by storm at release and even to this day (almost 2 decades) there are many raving fans dedicated to their “sims” online.
The Sims is a 2000 strategic life-simulation video game developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. It is a simulation of the daily activities of one or more virtual people (“Sims”) in a suburban household near a fictional city. The game’s development was led by game designer Will Wright who is also known for developing the SimCity series. The Sims original series had a total of seven expansion packs produced, with expansions adding new items, characters, skins, and features. The units sold number for this video game may be a bit misleading, but between the Wii Fit and the Wii Fit Plus, total units sold are around 40 Million. Making this game as popular as the original Super Mario, the iconic video game that made Nintendo famous.
Wii Fit (Wiiフィット Wī Fitto) is an exergaming video game designed by Nintendo’s Hiroshi Matsunaga for the Wii home video game console. It is an exercise game consisting of activities using the Wii Balance Board peripheral. The game uses a unique platform peripheral called the Wii Balance Board, on which the player stands during exercise. The game features yoga, strength training, aerobics, and balance games. Matsunaga described the game as a “way to help get families exercising together”. Wii Fit has been used for physiotherapy rehabilitation and has been adopted by various health clubs around the world. Additionally, the game has been used in nursing homes to improve posture in the elderly. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (stylized as Call of Duty: MW3) is a first-person shooter video game, developed by Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games, with assistance from Raven Software, and published by Activision. It is the third and final installment in the Modern Warfare saga, a direct sequel to 2009’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and the eighth Call of Duty installment. The game was released worldwide in November 2011 on Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii, with a separate version for Nintendo DS developed by n-Space. Treyarch developed the game’s Wii port. In Japan, Square Enix handled the installment with a separate subtitled and dubbed version, as they did for Call of Duty: Black Ops. Diablo III is a hack-n-slash action role-playing video game developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment. It is the third installment in the Diablo franchise and was released in the Americas, Europe, South Korea, and Taiwan on May 15, 2012, and Russia on June 7, 2012, for Microsoft Windows and macOS. A console version was released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on September 3, 2013. Versions for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were released on August 19, 2014 (Wikipedia).

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is an open world action role-playing video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is the fifth main installment in The Elder Scrolls series, following The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on November 11, 2011 (Wikipedia).
This game has multiple DLC (downloadable contents) and sold 7 million copies in its first week, and 30 million across all platforms. This is one of the best action RPG (Role Playing Game) of all time.

Pokémon Red Version and Blue Version are role-playing video games developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy. They are the first installments of the Pokémon series. They were first released in Japan in 1996 as Red and Green. “Blue” was released later in the year as a special edition. They were later released as Red and Blue in North America, Europe, and Australia over the following three years. Pokémon Yellow, a special edition version, was released roughly a year later. It is the sixth installment in the Mario Kart series and was released worldwide in April 2008. Like its previous installments of games, Mario Kart Wii incorporates playable characters from the Mario series, who participate in kart races on various race tracks using specialized items to hinder opponents or gain advantages.
The game features multiple single-player and multiplayer game modes. Online multiplayer via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection was available at launch but was discontinued in May 2014, along with Wii and Nintendo DS games that supported online play (Wikipedia).

Super Mario Bros. is a platform video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System home console. In Super Mario Bros., the player controls Mario and in a two-player game, a second player controls Mario’s brother Luigi as he travels through the Mushroom Kingdom in order to rescue Princess Toadstool from the antagonist Bowser.

Grand Theft Auto V is an action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. Wii Sports (Wii スポーツ Wī Supōtsu) is a 2006 sports video game developed and published by Nintendo as a launch title for the Wii video game console. The game was first released in North America along with the Wii on November 19, 2006, and was released in Japan, Australia, and Europe the following month. It was included as a pack-in game with the Wii console in all territories except Japan and South Korea, making it the first game included with the launch of a Nintendo system since Mario’s Tennis for the Virtual Boy in 1995. Wii Sports is now available on its own as part of the Nintendo Selects collection of games and is no longer a pack-in game for the Wii (Wikipedia).

Minecraft is a sandbox video game created and designed by Swedish game designer Markus “Notch” Persson, and later fully developed and published by Mojang. The creative and building aspects of Minecraft enable players to build constructions out of textured cubes in a 3D procedurally generated world. Other activities in the game include exploration, resource gathering, crafting, and combat.
Multiple gameplay modes are available, including a survival mode where the player must acquire resources to build the world and maintain health, a creative mode where players have unlimited resources to build with and the ability to fly, an adventure mode where players can play custom maps created by other players, and a spectator mode where players can freely move throughout a world without being affected by gravity or collisions.
